Using Chauffeur Solution
Last updated 15 July 2026. These terms cover access to Chauffeur Solution software. Transport services, fares, cancellations, refunds, and passenger service terms are provided by the chauffeur company named on the booking.
Account access
Use accurate information, protect your sign-in details, and access only the company, driver, customer, or passenger records you are authorised to use. Notify the relevant company promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, upload unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use booking and passenger information outside legitimate service delivery.
Bookings and payments
The chauffeur company controls service availability, vehicle choices, pricing, payment timing, driver assignment, changes, and refunds. Displayed estimates may change when the booking, route, waiting time, tolls, parking, or approved trip adjustments change.
Availability and changes
The platform may be updated to improve security, reliability, compliance, or service functionality. Planned and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
