Privacy at Chauffeur Solution
Last updated 15 July 2026. Chauffeur Solution provides software used by independent chauffeur companies. The company providing your transport service remains responsible for its customer and booking records.
Information used by the platform
The platform may process account details, booking and route information, passenger contact details, driver and vehicle records, payment references, messages, device information, location milestones, and operational audit events.
Why information is used
Information is used to provide quotes and bookings, operate trips, connect companies and drivers, process payments, send service messages, prevent misuse, support customers, and maintain required operational records.
Company separation
Each chauffeur company operates in its own company boundary. Access controls are designed to prevent one company from viewing another company's bookings, customers, drivers, prices, or payment records.
Service providers
Authorised hosting, mapping, payment, messaging, email, storage, and monitoring providers may process the minimum information needed to deliver their service. Payment card details are handled by the connected payment provider rather than stored as full card numbers by Chauffeur Solution.
Retention and requests
Records are retained according to account, legal, security, payment, and operational requirements. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact the chauffeur company that owns your account or follow the account deletion process.
